Anoushka Rai is the founder and principal designer of ARDS — a design studio built on the belief that spaces should tell the story of the people who inhabit them. With over a decade of practice spanning India and Singapore, she brings an uncommon blend of architectural rigour and intuitive aesthetic sensibility to every project.
A graduate of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore, Anoushka's education gave her a foundation in both fine arts and spatial design — a duality that defines her work to this day. Her practice is characterised by restraint, proportion, and an acute sensitivity to how light, material, and form interact within a space.
Every project at ARDS begins with listening — to your life, your aspirations, and the quiet language of the space itself. From residential interiors and luxury apartments to curated commercial environments, Anoushka approaches each commission as a collaborative act of translation: your vision, given form.
Based in Delhi and working across India, ARDS has completed projects in New Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Singapore — always with the same commitment to bespoke craft and timeless elegance.
